Hello, I had a rhinoplasty 6 years ago (implant+tiplasty) and was thrilled with the results but noticed that the tip isn’t as sharp as it once was. I believe this is due my nose drooping so excessively when I smile. Even with the less pointy tip, I am still content with my nose and am interested in just having the depressor septi muscle cut However, I can’t find anything on pricing anywhere. I was wondering around how much just this procedure would be? Thank you in advance.
