What procedure would best help either get rid of or severely minimize my scar? (Photo)

I got this scar around 8 years ago from a second degree burn and it’s something Ive been insecure of ever since but have no clue exactly what to do to get rid of it or at least minimize it to a point where it isn’t as noticeable . My scar is hypertrophic for sure which is even worse. The scar is on my thigh
