Thanks for your question! As with any mother who decides not to breastfeed or cannot breastfeed, the milk supply will dry up rather quickly. It usually happens in a matter of days. I'm sure you will become engorged but there's no way to determine exactly what will happen until it does. As long as you are being monitored by a physician, I see no issues. Best of luck!

When Free Nipple Graft breast reduction is performed, the nipple areolar complex is completely removed and reattached at a more “ideal” position. Since the nerve tissue is injured during this surgery, there will be loss of signals required for lactation.
