I'm almost 42 and have become really bothered by my droopy, always tired looking face. In particular, I'm bothered by increasing asymmetry, bottom heaviness, dark circles, and, most of all, nasolabial and marionette lines/shadows. And my neck! I had Voluma done well by an excellent doctor several years ago, but I hated it. Last year, I did Sofwave with good, but subtle results. I'd like to avoid fillers and get the most longterm bang for my buck. Suggestions?
