Yellow CRUSTY scab over my wound after “open” rhinoplasty - How worried should I be?

Due to travel reasons, I had to remove the stitches after my open rhinoplasty earlier than it should have been removed. The doctor said it would be okay but now (over a month after my rhinoplasty) I have yellow CRUSTY scab over the wound inside my nose everyday. I remove it with cotton bud/cotton pad but it keeps coming back. How worried should I be?

I don't think your steroid cream will help.  Using it topically will not penetrate to where the actual swelling is.   Swelling is just part of the natural healing process so let heal and wait for the swelling to go down on its own.  For your final outcome, it may take up to 1-2 years so be pati...
