During watching scalp in micro camera we saw sebum clogs the all hair follicles. I am surprised because for many years I use 2 times a week Nizoral. The dermatologist says that the cause of miniturization is tallow which is in arrears on the whole head. From what I know, DHT causes miniaturization of the hair and not the fat. What is the true ?
