How long do results of Selphyl PRFM injections for hair loss last on average?

In my opinion, the answer to your question regarding longevity is unknown. There are no studies to document how long Selphyl will continue to affect the hair or if it improves upon standard PRP. Anecdotal Reports say one year or longer. In my experience, PRP alone only as lasts six months. For this reason it needs to be injected 2 times per year. It is my opinion that Selphyl has the potential to increase allergic reactions vs standard PRP INJECTION. Allergic reactions would lead to shock loss. With standard PRP, shock loss is rare. There is no evidence that Selphyl PRFM injections just like PRP produces any real value. I am waiting to see real good clinical science which has not yet been produced
