What is the best treatment option for a 26 year old’s gummy and slightly pushed back lateral incisor? (photo)

Lateral incisor is slightly pushed back and has excess gum on the top corner. I feel it ruins my smile. I wanted to have the little piece of gum removed by laser- but the issue is that behind that piece of gum is not a tooth- just more gum. The tooth has a natural chip in the top corner which the gum grew into. I was told I need to fill that space with something after I laser out the gum. In the pics you can see I have the same issue w/ both lateral incisors, but it’s prominent on the left side
