I'm tempted to do Fraxel Repair but I'm scared looking at the pictures. Do benefits outweigh the risks?

I'm 31 and have acne since a teenager. no surprise i have acne scars on cheeks (some indentations, not super deep and pigmentations) and huge pores. ~2 yrs ago, i had a series of ~5 Fractal Restore treatments and 3 ablative laser focusing on problematic regions. there was improvement to my skin texture and the red scars. now i'm debating Fraxel Repair, but after seeing pictures of bloody face and people complain the lines left behind, i'm kind of worried if i should pursue. Please advise...
