I had a septoplasty in 2016. Was deviated to the right. I now find myself blocked on the left. The right side is now ok Mucosa is inflaming to a point where the left is blocked. Pressurised environments also affect on the left, being in cars and trains. My mucosa was always susceptible to rhinitis however it seems that moving septum more to the left the inflammation that once was not an issue for the left is now an issue My breathing is good at times but these are short occasions Any advice?

There is no non surgical method of correcting the nasal septum. The cartilage in the front half of the septum can be pushed into a certain position temporarily but it has memory and comes back to the crooked form. The bony half in the back is hard like a bone and can only be removed surgically...
While it is completely normal to experience severe swelling in the first months after rhinoplasty, a high fever can signal an infection. To ensure that no damage has been done to your healing process, I recommend returning to your plastic surgeon for an examination.
