I had my septorhinoplasty on 16th Dec,2018 and my cast was removed on 1st Jan, 2019. After the surgery I had unexplained high fever for a week. Now after over a month, I can see there is a scar, a bump on my septum and also my nose has become crooked and bigger than before. Should I be concerned or keep my patience?

As you are still in your healing process, ıt takes one year to heal, you do not need to worry for now,
you should follow intructions given you by your surgeon

While it is completely normal to experience severe swelling in the first months after rhinoplasty, a high fever can signal an infection. To ensure that no damage has been done to your healing process, I recommend returning to your plastic surgeon for an examination.
