I have looked at many options for improving the definition of my cheekbones, and even had some procedures already, but I have come to the conclusion that it really is oversized buccinator muscles that are causing my problem and giving me chubby cheeks. Can anything at all be done to reduce the size of them, or am I going to have to live with it?
