I read that using human growth factor serum, hyaluronic acid serum and retinol/retinoid post micro-needling can help with healing and stimulate growth. Do experts here have brands to recommend (esp. on Human Growth Factor serum) that I can buy online or over phone? My dermatologist’s office doesn’t sell these and I want to use something more than my regular moisturizer after microneedling.

The collagen stimulation achieved by a well performed microneedling either with the pen or with RF such as Vivace is due to the mechanical effects of the needles entering the skin. In the Vivace treatment the collagen stimulation is greater because of the RF energy. Skin care products to stimulate collagen are a waste of your money and will not do much since the skin channels close few seconds after the treatment. Your best option is to follow the aftercare instructions from your physician. Also avoid using products containing Retinol or glycolic acids afterwards because they will make your skin irritated.
