Are there any cosmetic procedures for seborrheic dermatitis?

I keep getting it on my face. My acne finally went away and I wanted to work on rolling and box scars. I am unable to get anything done for my scars because of the dermatitis. Also if it goes away will it be okay to get Microneedling? I am have skin of color.

There are good topical treatments for Seb Dermatitis that your medical dermatologist can prescribe. Once this is under control, you may begin treatment for the scarring and continue the product, which will prevent and treat Seb Dermatitis. You may also use OTC dandruff shampoo as a face wash or a wash with Salicylic acid. Look into seeing a specialist that will help you deal with your skin issues before and Micro-needling. A treatment plan will be made that is right for you and your skin issues
