I keep getting it on my face. My acne finally went away and I wanted to work on rolling and box scars. I am unable to get anything done for my scars because of the dermatitis. Also if it goes away will it be okay to get Microneedling? I am have skin of color.

Thank you for your question. Undergoing microneedling treatment two days after receiving botox and filler should not negatively impact those results. Botox will have been taken up by your muscles by that point, and the microneedling device does not penetrate deeply enough to disturb filler....
