You do not appear to have any degree of ptosis. The upper eyelid skin fold is located in a different placed on the right eye then then left. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty could improve but not completely eliminate this issue, since the right eyelid fold is extremely high. Occasionally there are other reasons that the eyelid fold is absent, so an examination is needed to be sure this is the right recommendation for you.

It doesn't appear from the photo that you have ptosis but you may have a difference in the amount of upper eyelid skin that could make them look asymmetric. The distance between the upper and lower lids are the same. No you don't have ptosis. There is very minimal asymmetry in the fold of the lids. The left upper lid has more skin redundancy. Surgery will not make you look younger but could make the lids more symmetrical.

If you did not notice ptosis before the trauma, then the most likely explanation is that this is a result of temporary swelling. Although not guaranteed, it is likely this will resolve over subsequent months without treatment.
