Hie I am 27 years Old And My Home Country Is India But I am living in Oman from Last 3 years Iwas Facing Extremely Hair Fall from Last 1 year Which is 150 or 200 per day and I was Diseased with Irritable bowel syndrome and high triglycerides which Under Control And Because of that Disease I was Not Eating Meat,eggs and diary products from Last 3 month but from 15 days I started Eatings Everything but now I realized I loss Many Hair and from Last 2 month I am loosing hair with black Bulb in end.

You need a formal evaluation to see what type of hair loss you may have. when you have hairless its best to do a full hormonal workup for internal optimization plus scalp biopsies or scrapings to rule out any stress related, inflammatory, autoimmune or infectious causes of hair loss. In general most people with early hair loss have telogen (stress related) and/or androgenetic (normal aging) and both can be treated with in office treatments like steroid injections, PRP/acell, Exosomes and at home treatments like oral medications, oral vitamins like Viviscal, topical exfoliating sprays like Restorsea, and weekly growth factors like anteagemd. There are many reasons that are possible, including androgenetic alopecia and telogen effluvium. In order to diagnose hair loss one needs to have the whole story and to properly examine the scalp. Be sure to se a hair loss specialist so that your scalp can be examined and your full story of hair loss can be reviewed. You may need to have some blood tests as well. The following conditions may cause hair to come out with the bulb: androgenetic alopecia, telogen effluvium, alopecia areata, and scarring alopecia.
