I am not surprised by your disappointment with the "bells and whistles" devices with which you have been treated. I have been cautioning readers for years that most of these relatively expensive treatments are backed far more by device manufacturer supported marketing hype than hard science. So, before jumping into the next set of "next big thing" machines, you might instead consider consulting with a board certified aesthetic physician about the use of injectable volumizing fillers to treat your particular issues. Appropriately placed volumizing fillers in the cheek region can secondarily help to improve sagging and bags under the eyes. Volumizing fillers in the lateral brow and temple region can likewise improve sagging in the upper eye/brow region and volumizing fillers have been used for years to smooth, shape and sculpt jowly jawlines. Moreover, with volumizing fillers the results typically engender an immediate "Wow!" reaction. In my NY practice I would choose Voluma XC for the cheeks and jawline, Juvederm Ultra Plus XC for the brow and temple regions, and Restylane Lyft for the anterior jawline. (In my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved injectable volumizing fillers are available, I would opt for Stylage XXL for the cheeks, Princess Volume for the temple and brows, and Hyabell Deep for the jawline). Make sure you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician and be sure to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos of each region of the face that interests you. Best of luck.
