I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Hyperpigmentation can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thanks for your question and posting a picture.  What in the world happened to your face?  Was this another home use device gone wrong?  Save your money.  You are asking about buying a device that is normally only used under the supervision of a physician because they could be DANGEROUS in the wrong hands.  Anything available over the counter is normally so dumbed down that it is not considered a medical device and is therefore legal to sell.  All of these devices literally just scratch the surface.  It does open your skin up to infection.  My best advice, leave it to the experts.  Best of luck.
