I recently had PRP with microneedling to diminish my under eye troughs, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines. A few days following the procedure, I used my at-home plasma pen on the areas. The following day, the treated areas were raised lumps and have not gone down after 5 days. Should I be concerned with permanent hypertrophic scarring?
I'm a 25 y.o female and my under eyes have always bothered me. They are hereditary and as of lately I feel like they've gotten worse. I get a good amount of sleep a night and drink enough water as well. I've been suggested that pdo threads will fix this, and have also been suggested a plasma pen treatment. I just would like to know what the best option for me would be.
Hello. Is plasma pen/fibroblast safe to use in the inside corner of the upper eyelids? I'm 39 years old, with mild to moderate sagging eyelids. The worst area is the inside upper corner. Are there risk for eye damage in this area?
I (28F) have monolids. 1 eye has a very small 'double lid' crease but the right doesn't at all. Sometimes does with tape, but scared it will sag in the long run. Questions: 1. Would PRP work to create that subtle double eyelid? 2. Are there other non-invasive options? 3. I'm scared that PRP can cause more damage than good. Why is that it works for some but not others? Is it the pen they use? wrong technique? What questions should I ask when looking for someone who does it?
I'm 3 years post facelift and I love the results but do notice some little lines I'd like to take care of that can't be helped with fillers or botox. Is plasma pen just a gimmick or does it actually work?? I'm specifically interested in some pucker lines above my lips and mild undereye bags. I had ultherapy before but had zero results. Also not a fraxel candidate.
I had rhinoplasty 3.5 years ago. I am broadly happy with my nose but it still fluctuates a lot- some days it is small and sharp and others its bigger and more swollen. I guess I must have scar tissue left. I am thinking of having Plasma Pen / Fibroblast on my nose to try and tighten it as I have had it on other areas with good results in tightening the skin. Will this be ok or is there any danger of making the scar tissue/swelling worse? Thank you!
I have acquired lots of pin prick marks from an electrolysis needle and a few longer Scars on my chin. This might be because the beautician was being too aggressive with the treatment and I am having a plasma pen treatment test patch to see if this helps with my scarring. My question is whether this is a long lasting treatment as I am not sure whether this new collagen will last and off not, what will. I am concerned after reading that microneedling causes structural damage to tissue long term
I see a lot of buzz about Plasma Fibroblast. I've done other noninvasive skin tightening treatments but very minimal difference. I am debating between the plasma fibroblast, tempsure Envi and Exlis Ultra to tightening upper and lower eyelids and jowls. Which treatment gives most promising results?
