Are there studies on microneedling, including microneedling alone vs. with serum? I did it once and saw a three week duration improvement. Thanks!
Answer: Microneedeling - skin microneedeling is evidence-based. Micro injuries by microneedling stimulate your own healing potential and collagen production. This effect can be enhanced either by PRP or by additional administration of local growth factors.

Answer: Microneedlng of proven Effectiveness Hi Guacamoleandchips,Microneedling is certainly evidence-based. Since it was introduced for skin rejuvenation over ten years ago, various studies conducted by universities and clinics have been reported in reputable peer-reviewed journals in the fields of dermatology and aesthetics.Split-face studies comparing microneedling with PRP and without, conclusively shows that PRP with its growth factors is more effective. It can also be used RF and Vitamin C.Right now, it is used for acne scar treatment, stretchmarks and alopecia. It can diminish fine lines and improve color uniformity. Best of all, it's safe, minimally invasive and cleared for all skin types and colors. All the best, Justin Harper, M.D.
