I have always hated my smile because when I smile, the tissues around my mouth scrunch up and create an ugly, chubby smile and makes my face appear round. I know this may take more than one procedure to resolve. Would lowering and advancing my maxilla through lefort I help shape my smile into an aesthetic smile such as this actor?

I would have the braces done and alignment and decompensation of the teeth, followed by surgery to both upper and lower jaw. The upper jaw will probably require expansion transversely. This can be done at the time of the surgery.
