How can I increase blood pressure after hair transplant?

hi, i aksed if the masturbation could be dangerous immediately after hairtransplant. Some doctor told me not , others doctors adviced me to avoid sex activity for some day after HT for the blood pressure. But i didn't mean activity sexual but ONLY masturbation. Now i ask to these doctors: also ONLY masturbation immediately after hairtransplant could cause a increase blood pressure such as to move the grafts or is a farfetched thing? Wouldn't i have noticed bleeding on my head? Now i'm very worried
