Is this saddle now deformity? I am 5 weeks septorhinoplasty post op.

It feels like too much bone was filed- I did I ask for a very conservative approach. Today I noticed the top of my nose feels bony while the middle looks and feels depressed. I am including before photos for a better idea of what as done to the nose. The tp is still swollen which makes me afraid this depression will only increase as the tip becomes less swollen.
