I have PCOS and can't get my hormonal acne under control, it's affecting every aspect of my life and I need help. Advice?

I have a lot of patients who have cystic acne.  You may be one of those patients who need a combination of Accutane and an oral contraceptive pill to have your acne under control. You need a complete panel of blood work including hormones such as testosterone and thyroid panel.  I wouldn't use anymore antibiotics since that hasn't worked.  You need to consult with a specialist in acne and acne scars and you may need to see an endocrinologist as well.  Best, Dr. Green

From a dermatology standpoint, other acne treatment options include Accutane, different topicals, light therapy, and spironolactone. However, if PCOS is uncontrolled, then acne will continue to return despite treatment, so I highly recommend you consult with your OBGYN regarding alternative treatment options to help with PCOS.
