I have two indented lines about one inch long across the top of my breast. Are the marks concern for cancer? (photo)

I woke up this morning and saw these lines. They have not gone away. I was also feeling itchy on my chest this morning but that's stopped now. I can't tell if they are stretch marks. I just noticed them this morning.
