What does healing look like with PicoSure?

I was just treated with PicoSure for a cafe au Lait macule on my face. I am applying Aquaphor and sunscreen every two hours. Other than slight redness what will I expect? Will a blister/scab form? What does the healing process look like with PicoSure?

Thanks for your question.  Your provider should have given you post care instructions and what to expect.  It's hard for me to know how you were treated and what to expect.  Generally speaking, after a PicoSure FOCUS treatment you should only have redness for 0 to 4 hours.  It should not blister or peel.  Your brown pigment may initially appear darker as it moves closer to the surface.  Some pigment may flake off or be carried away by your lymphatic system.  It will take a series of treatments.  I hope this helps.
