Unfortunately, a closeup photo would have been more helpful for evaluating your acne scarring. As a rule, microneedling is best reserved for a final "polishing" step AFTER other more appropriate, effective and time-tested treatments are used to address rolling and boxcar scars and ice pick scars. And even if this is what indeed you need at this time, there is no hard science to prove that adding radiofrequency to microneedling, as with the Genius RF, adds any significant benefit to justify its use and expense over conventional professional medical microneedling. So exercise a healthy dose of "buyer beware" when evaluating these "bells and whistles" devices. Finally, superficial peels combining Jessner's solution with low concentrations of TCA have demonstrated efficacy for dealing with melasma and PIH. Make sure that you are consulting with a board certified aesthetic physician and avoid venues offering "one-size-fits-all" solutions for all your issues. Best of luck.
Your photos should acne scars but it is difficult to see the PIH from the photos, especially if they were from previous laser procedures. Based on the two key problems that you have, I would recommend cosmelan peels for you to treat all of the hyperpigmentation and the eMatrix sublative laser. The eMatrix is a color blind laser which can help with your acne scars and will improve the texture and scarring. It will not affect the pigmentation and make it worse as many other lasers would. Please consult an expert in treating acne scars for the best cosmetic results. Best, Dr. Green
