Is it okay to have a series of Laser Genesis treatments for Rosacea 6 weeks after a Fraxel DUAL treatment?

Thank you for your question, hyperpigmentation of any kind needs a combination approach of peels like Cosmelan; lasers like Clear + Brilliant, Aerolase or Laser Genesis; radiofrequency like Venus Viva; and constant skin care and sun protection. Bimonthly facials with SilkPeel DermalInfusion are essential to hydrate, exfoliate and infuse vitamins and antioxidants into the skin. If you have acne you can do additional treatments and peels to get more improvement. Hypopigmentation will need more of an evaluation and possibly additional lasers to get improvement. As far as safety, it doesn't matter if the Laser Genesis is before or after the Fraxel Dual. I would probably wait to after though because there will be some potential redness from the Fraxel . I will often combine treatment on the same day to treat both vessels and pigment. Lowered settings on the Excel V is safe on type 4 skin, which will be better than the Laser Genesis. 

In the context of your question, the answer is yes- 1064 Nd Yag Genesis is safe (obviously with the correct settings). I do like Laser Genesis for background redness, if you have rosacea, the most predictable wavelength is 595-585/ Vascular V Beam.
