Is Genius RF safe for cheeks and upper eyelids without fat loss for minor sagging?

I have been researching Microneedling RF to do all over the face. I looked into morpheus 8 but it can cause loss of fat . I would like something that tighten my skin upper eyelids, jowls and cheeks for minor sagging. The idea of fat loss kind of worries me. Would Genius be safe ?

HD photos in both frontal and profile (and three-quarter face) views would have been extremely helpful in evaluating your particular problems. What I can say, however, is I that never ceased to be amazed by the power of Dr. Google and Dr. YouTube to shape people's perceptions. Rather than asking what would be the best nonsurgical method for addressing your issues, the question instead was which device would be best. It is therefore important to emphasize that today's relatively expensive bells and whistles "next big thing" devices, be they of the fraxel laser, ultrasound or radiofrequency varieties, are supported far more by machine manufacturer backed marketing hype than hard science.  On the other hand, injectable hyaluronic acid-based volumizing fillers have proven themselves over the years capable of lifting, shaping and contouring sagging and jowl formation of the face and without engendering any significant downtime--and most often yielding immediate "Wow!" reactions. You would be wise to seek consultation and treatment by a board certified aesthetic physician and be cautious of any venue hawking this or that supposedly latest and greatest device. Best of luck.

The depth is what is important in fat loss. The provider should keep the needles within the dermis to protect the fat. Where desired, needles and energy can be adjusted to hit the deeper fat - in either the Genius or the Morpheous. I have not had any cases of unintended fat loss with the Genius. The eyelids can be treated only to the extent that they can be pulled away from the globe (eyeball) so the pulse is overlying the bone. It is not safe to pulse over the globe.
