2 weeks post op Brazilian Butt Lift, my front drain hole is still open after my drain was removed. Any suggestions?

I had a bbl 2weeks ago and i got my front drain removed 3days ago and the hole is still open,at this point im worried. Will it close and when should it close?

You could apply for care credit and finance your surgery.  They have no interest options as well.  Once you are ready to have your procedure,  discuss this with your surgeon's office.

When doing a BBL - how much of the injected fat usually stays? To my understanding its only 1/3? Is that about right?

Yes, you are at a lower BMI (20) than it would be ideal for a BBL. I would not "throw away" the fat, but even if it is a small volume, I would do the fat transfer. This might not give you a large buttock, but certainly you will get a better shape. It is difficult to give advise without any...
