How can I fix indentation from steroid injection? (Photo)

I had gotten a steroid injection below my chin from a build up of tissue on the end of my scar (from Chin reduction) about 2 months ago. I started to notice an indent on each side of my chin/scar. How can I fix this ? Will the indent go away? Can I fix this with fat transfer? I want it to be permanent. I want it to be a smooth surface.

Steroids can be locally destructive and erode normal, viable tissue with the end result being much worse. I would recommend giving it time and aggressively massaging your lips to help smooth and disperse the fat. I would not pursue any treatments for at least 6 months. My guess is that with...
