I have these fatty areas on my face that won’t go away. They seem to be unaffected by how much I weigh because they didn’t go away when I was underweight, overweight, or normal weight. The fat has been there since I was a child. It’s most noticeable when I smile.

I don't think you are a great candidate for the procedure.   BFP removal doesn't remove the fat at the smile lines, it removes the fat behind them in the cheek. Your cheeks are not full, one of them is already a little hollow.  Making your cheeks hollow looks worse the older you...
