I was recently advised to have either a 1927 Fraxel Dual laser treatment at 5mJ or a Clear & Brilliant laser treatment at the Permea setting, which is also the 1927 wavelength. What is the difference between these two specific treatments? Is Fraxel Dual 1927 at 5mJ equivalent to Clear & Brilliant Permea? Or is the 1927 Fraxel Dual at 5mJ more effective/stronger than Clear & Brilliant Permea? I want a treatment that will give more noticeable results but must be cautious with my sensitive skin.
