Chin Vaser Lipo and J-plasma results only visible for a little while after taking compression strap off. Thoughts?

It is normal to have swelling and bruising for several weeks after this procedure, so what you are describing is expected at 5 days post-op. Swelling will resolve as tissues heal. Wearing your compression garment for several weeks will continue to help. You should start appreciating results 2-4 weeks post-op, but the final result (especially the skin tightening due to Renuvion/J-Plasma) takes 4-6 months.

Congratulations
on your recent procedure...The procedure of liposuction is an
"insult" to the soft tissues, resulting in swelling which will
initially TOTALLY obscure the operative result. The
purpose of a compression garment is to prevent bleeding and to control
swelling. We usually recommend its use for the first 4-6 weeks after the
procedure. 60-80%
of the swelling should subside within the first 6 weeks, with the remainder
slowly subsiding over 6-12 months.
You appear to be exhibiting normal postoperative swelling which will rapidly reaccumulate after the compression garment is removed.
Follow your surgeon's instructions.
