I have naturally full cheeks but recently there is a hollow at cheeks/eyelid junction. I had cheek filler (Voluma?) one year ago and have since had it dissolved. Dissolving the filler helped but there is still too much of a ridge below my eyes when I smile or laugh. My doc thinks tear trough filler isn't the solution and will make my eyes smaller and the whole area appear unnatural. He adds Botox below my eye to help relax the cheek muscle which helps, but I want a better fix. Please help.
