After incision surgery, another well-defined mass popped up slightly lower. No pain. 1. If I wait months to have another surgery as it gets harder, will it be more difficult to scrape it all out w/out leaving scar tissue? (iow is it ideal to do while its still a bit soft) 2. Any longterm aesthetic benefit in doing surgery this this week vs months later? btw, Kaiser will NOT do steroid injection, so only interested in surgery feedback Pics 1&2 =before surg; pic 3= new cyst couple days after

Usually after two weeks, the incision is well healed and the sutures are no longer necessary. This is why exercise/ getting sun is okay after two weeks.
Generally, it is suggest to not use anything pigmented on the skin in the area for AT LEAST two weeks as it can get underneath...
