Question

After incision surgery, another well-defined mass popped up slightly lower. No pain. 1. If I wait months to have another surgery as it gets harder, will it be more difficult to scrape it all out w/out leaving scar tissue? (iow is it ideal to do while its still a bit soft) 2. Any longterm aesthetic benefit in doing surgery this this week vs months later? btw, Kaiser will NOT do steroid injection, so only interested in surgery feedback Pics 1&2 =before surg; pic 3= new cyst couple days after

This is best addressed with a steroid injection.  Excision from the outside will put a permanent scar on your face.  Insist on seeing a oculoplastic surgeon though kaiser.  Don't accept bad care from a general ophthalmologist who does not know what they are doing.  These lesions are exquisitely sensitive to kenalog.  Don't get messed up by bad medical care.

See an oculoplastic specialist. Sometimes if a stye is not able to be drained internally, it may need to be removed externally (through skin). See following link.
