Can I take Celebrex and Percocet together for post-operative (BA) pain/inflammation?

Question

I'm soon getting a breast augmentation and was wondering if Celebrex and Percocet could be used together, or if I should start with Percocet and then switch to Celebrex. I was prescribed both, but I'm reading mixed things about bleeding risk, so I wanted to get second opinions. How would you prescribe these two medications to your patients?

You use what you require. it is likely you will start with the Percocet. There is probably no advantage to taking both. Switch to the Celebrex as soon as you can...your constipation will thank you!
