Bulging Zig Zag temple veins. Is there any way to get rid of them?

I treat temporal veins frequently usually by sclerotherapy.  Sometimes disconnections through tiny incisions may be used but sclerotherapy is my treatment of choice.  See someone with experience treating veins in this area because the temporal artery can be mistaken for the vein.

There are two primary options for cosmetic treatment of prominent veins in the forehead or temple areas: Sclerotherapy or removal.
Sclerotherapy involves a simple injection of a solution that breaks down the lining of the vein walls, causing it to collapse.  The vein then gradually shrinks away.  In some cases, this needs to be repeated after a few weeks.

Removal of the vein involves a very minor procedure done in the office.  The area is made numb and then a few tiny incisions are made, allowing the vein to be teased out.  No stitches needed.
