Hi Doctors. i'm a 29 year old male and about 3 months back i had botox injected into my chest to reduce the bulky appearance. it worked for 3 months and now the muscle has recurred. Is this normal? I'm told to go back again for another round of botox

Answer: Botox in chest muscle It is not at all unusual for Botox to last only 3 months in large muscles such as the chest and if you want to continue this will be the norm for you

Answer: Botox question It is absolutely normal for botox to wear off rather quickly in the pectoralis major muscle as it is a very large muscle group requiring a large amount of botox and a more frequent use of it. If you wish to decrease the bulk of your pectoralis, you should sign up for routine injections using botox every 3 months for the first three years. Good luck from New York City
