You look beautiful.  Your boyfriend should be more concerned about wjhats beyond the breast and not the implants.  Keep your sense of confidence!

It all depends on what you enjoy personally. It seems your boyfriend has a different opinion, but if YOU are happy with your results you should leave it at that! Thank you for your question and photograph.  Ultimately, despite the comments that either surgeons or your boyfriend give you, the only person's opinion that matters is your own.  If you are happy with your breasts' appearance then enjoy them.  It is impossible to know if you will need a breast lift in a few years, but given enough time, your breasts will eventually sag, as would non-augmented breasts.  At that time you can determine if you'd like a breast lift.  Best of luck to you!
