Hi, I had tumescent liposuction on 12.20. The swelling is decreasing and I'm noting contour irregularity in my flanks. Now I want to see if this is correct in my perspective where it appears one of my flanks is more contoured than the other. Is it too early to make a judgement?

Answer: Flank Liposuction It is too early to see what your final results will be. Your shape can change on a daily basis for a while after surgery. Simply how you sleep on your areas will cause them to temporarily take on different shapes. Be patient , it will take at least 3 months to see how your final results will look. Dr Crabtree

Answer: Swelling You are very early in your healing process and do have a fair amount of swelling. Please follow all your post operative instructions and wear your garments. I would suggest discussing your concerns with your surgeon. Massage can be very helpful, especially for the more swollen areas.
