Already applying topical Minoxidil 5% + Finasteride 0.1% from 2 years & i got new hair also but top back head hair density is less & never grow tall but other area grow tall. my concern is more density & tall hair on this area. I don’t have any other condition eg fungal, dandruff. which is best options : Ketoconazole 2% shampoo, Capixyl (hair 4u cpx serum), Anthralin, Aminexil 1.5%, Sulfasalazine, or Topical sensitizers (eg : squaric acid dibutylester(SADBE) or Diphenylcyclopropenone (DPCP)).
