The placement of dental bonging without correction of the occlusion would be a mistake, since the dental bonding would not last and would be displaced by the occlusal forces. For a correct answer, clinical and radiographic studies would be necessary to determine if it is possible to place orthodontics again to improve the open bite.

Without in comprehensive exam, we cannot evaluate how much bonding can achieve. Also rather than bonding, porcelain veneers will look natural and longer lasting. If we lengthen the teeth with out any guide, teeth will be too long, looking unnatural. The only way to assess any possible treatment is do a diagnostic work up with 3D imaging. We could do the scan of the teeth and create a ideal teeth shapes and evaluate the overall bite. Sometimes we could achieve some improvements, but without detailed exam, it will be impossible to say the dental bonding is a good option.
