Unfortunately, the only way to know is to have the filler dissolved and see how much skin retraction you get. Usually you will get some degree of skin retraction do the elasticity of the skin. Unfortunately, there’s no way to know how much you’ll actually get. If you don’t get the skin retraction that you are hoping to obtain you could consider a small chin implant placed via a skin crease underneath the chin.
