I had migrated filler of my nasolabial fold on the left side dissolved with hyaluronidase. Ever since the procedure, the eye on that side feels unusual and dry and it's very uncomfortable to wear contacts. There is no inflammation, no discharge, no other symptoms, just this strange sensation. I am concerned that the hyaluronidase traveled up the arteries into my orbit and dissolved my natural hyaluronic acid to cause these symptoms. Is there published evidence to suggest it will return?
