How can I treat these papular/cobblestone acne scars on cheeks? (Photo)

I’ve been having cystic acne breakouts and they’ve been leaving these white raised scars on my cheeks. Based on the research I’ve done I believe that these are papular acne scars but I am not entirely sure. I am currently on Accutane so I think the breakouts have mostly calmed down. What procedures can I do in order to help their appearance? Thank you.

Your skin looks very very good from the photos. I would be very careful not to do something too aggressive, like CO2 laser and develop hyperpigmentation, making your skin look worse. I would suggest sticking to chemical peels and microneedling for pigmentation and skin quality maintenance.
