Sensory nerve numbness 1.5 years post facelift - Is there any therapy that can help regenerate some of the nerves?

I’m 1.5 years post dpfl and the sensory nerve numbness is still present. Numbness follows an imaginary line from the outer corner of the eye straight down to the neck, all tissue lateral of imaginary line is numb on both sides. Is there any therapy that can help regenerate some of the nerves? Original surgeon was not helpful and I’m seeking second opinions for revision work as well. Thank you.
