Scar revision recovery on stomach - when should I start doing lasers, microneedling, etc? (photos)

So I just had stitches removed after a revision on a small stomach scar, and i was wondering what the next best course of action was. It has been about three weeks and I am using silicone and making sure not to stretch the area. Still, I would like to know if I should start doing lasers, microneedling, etc. in order to get the best possible scar outcome. Thank you
