Can Radiesse help smooth out my thighs? (photos)

Question

Athletic body type, lean, and have worked out since I was 16 (now 30) . I have this one stubborn area under my butt that I would love to smooth out. It's not exactly cellulite but maybe it is? Considering sculptra or radiesse as 2 doctors told me could help smooth it in small doses. Any other recommendations? I know it is minimal but I do a lot of fitness photographs and it is enough to bother me! Thank you.

g2005, it is difficult to evaluate without a proper exam, though I do feel you would see improvement with diluted Radiesse. Studies have shown that Radiesse stimulates new collagen and elastin production which reduces fine lines and smooths out the skin. Alternatively, a more permanent solution would be fat grafting which could also smooth out this area. Hope this helps!

It's difficult to say without a formal evaluation. ​​The best treatment for cellulite is Cellfina. However, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement. I recommend Cellfina in combination with Sculptra injections and body treatments like Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Cellutone / ZWave. Yes, Radiesse diluted and injected into this area has been shown in the medical literature to stimulate collagen production and smooth thighs.  I have seen good results in my office.  You are probably extremely fit and at 30 it should be less of a challenge to stimulate collagen in you.  You may be even still producing collagen naturally, so youth is on your side.
