Would a strong chemical peel work for cherry angiomas? (photo)

NewYorkTraveler
I have around 100 cherry angiomas of varying sizes on my torso, back, chest, upper arms and legs. I cannot afford expensive laser treatments and my medical insurance doesn't cover this. I was wondering if a strong chemical peel would help. I know it won't be enough to remove the large ones but was thinking maybe the tiny, pinhead size ones might come off. Thanks in advance for any advice.
